"Nice hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were good. My only complaint is there are no in-room safes and no daily housekeeping. I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. One of the perks of being on vacation is having my room clean and bed made when I come back from a busy day. If I wanted to make my own bed I would...

"Bed bugs in the bed. On check out day, the cleaning staff knocked, rang the bell and then kept knocking even though it was only 10:00 and check out was 11:00. "

"Waited 10 minutes to check in at 12 midnight exhausted because desk clerk was arguing about package fees with another guest. Room needed painting and walls very thin. Nice view of overflowing dumpster. Paid resort fee for pool and gym that had 4 sad pieces of equipment that looked like someone dragged in from their uncle Bob’s basement. Also, one elevator down almost all 5 days of our stay. Cheap hotel and we got what we paid for cheap and rundown."

"I think we were hoping for something beyond the normal hotel experience. The issues were more irritants than anything. First, there was the surprise $15 daily parking fee. "I was staying at this motel for a wedding. 2hrs before leaving for the ceremony, I decided to freshen up with a shower. Upon entering the shower, I slipped. There is NO tread in the shower and it’s extremely dangerous. One leg slammed against the tub, and my head slammed on the slope of the tub itself. I thought I cracked my head open. I did not. "Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. A localização é ótima. A maioria dos funcionários se esforçam para nos entender. A minha única reclamação é que temos que deixar o passaporte nas mãos dos funcionários para que nos deixe usar os tacos de sinuca. Passaporte com visto americano é um documento muito importante e sério para ficar “dando sopa” na mão de funcionários."

"Al llegar al hotel nos enteramos de costos adicionales que no estaban aclarados al momento de la reserva, el hotel es viejo, la habitación pequeña, sucia y con olor a humedad, el baño sucio y daba mucho asco, el supuesto desayuno muy pobre y todos los días lo mismo, al parecer el hotel es shelter también, todos los días niños frente a mi puerta gritando, jugando y sin supervisión de un adulto, me tocó primer piso y fue horrible no poder descansar por ruidos inecesarios, el housekeeping muy pobre...
