"I really liked this hotel, it’s a little difficult to come up with criticisms of it. The staff were really helpful, the room was clean and fairly nice although there were a couple of things in the room that were a little worn. One of the lamps shades looked a little crushed, and I think there may have been a tear in one of the seats. Other than that, it was quite decent.
Breakfast was nice and that it provided a lot of options, but I can’t say it was necessarily high-quality."

"No breakfast. The TV in the room did not work.We unpacked and had a repack and go to another room on a different floor. When we asked for blankets for the pullout couch , they said only sheets were available and no pillows. The thermostat in the room was too cold and did not work. The staff was not pleasant , nor were they helpful. No complimentary water. There was a coffee maker , but no coffee."

"Great location. Right next to the freeways. There’s a mall right across the property. The hotel is old and run down. We stayed a a Bay View room and the view of the bay is great. There’s a fridge on the room but no microwave. Front desk staff was okay, not too friendly.
