From the minute we approached the front desk we were met with professionalism, warm smile, making sure we had everything we needed, explained all the amenities available including breakfast and happy hiur. Jewell was a true gem at check-in. I'll definitely be returning again this year.

Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga – Hamilton Place by IHG
Very nice hotel. Enjoy the stay. Only problem was bed squeaked and we could hear guests jumping around in room above. Breakfast was.very good.
