"The only negative was that it took a while to check in( a slow process) room was very clean and a comfy bed. Evening meal was good and plenty of it. Brilliant grab and go breakfast at 4a.m everything that you could want."

We didn’t have the breakfast as we had other plans with friends. This is a help yourself continental style breakfast, which looked quite basic but perfectly adequate. "I was able to check in online before I arrived at The Kicking Dickey. The staff were very helpful and friendly along with the pub which I thought was very welcoming. My room was at the rear of the property so away from any noise. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, I think it might of been a converted stable. Nice functional bathroom with a shower and a very comfortable single bed. Lots of free parking outside the property. All in all well worth a stay."

"Perfect for a layover at the airport. Arrived around Midnight and the staff were friendly and everything was great. Soft bed and comfortable room. Could have used a bit more coffee packets because only two gave us each one cup."

"The hotel was good for £58 a night just before flying. The lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely when we checked in. The rooms were clean but they miss out on detailed cleaning but for one night, it isn’t an issue. Room was huge, we walked in and said ‘woah’! Very close to the airport, easy bus services that drop you off just outside the services. Also very close to multi different food places and they had their own separate car park from the services one."

Great location with added bonus of Toby Carvery close by and M and S garage shop so you can’t ask for more 😁 The accommodation was clean and tidy everywhere, the staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly Breakfast was included in the booking so a great deal. Parking free and next to hotel"

"Rooms and furniture are old and dated. Very expensive given whats offered for a nights stay. Cleanliness can be improved. No wifi in rooms. The reception is not manned 24/7. Latest check in is 8.30pm. I will not stay again."

"Easy access to long stay car park. Lovely restaurant now open, the supervisor in there very attentive and doesn't miss anything, giving advice to the younger members of the team. Rooms are getting ready for a revamp, and please replace the milk sachets, there are never enough and it goes all over the place."
