"Lovely property in a great location. We stayed in one of the vaults flats with our kids. They loved the bed in the vault. The firedoor to outside wasn’t brilliantly sound proofed to the outdoor noise, but the kids still slept well. The kitchen is very clean and well appointed for its size. Pool is lovely and kept the kids happy between 3-4.30 when it is open for kids. "

"This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"

"Fantastic hotel in the perfect spot - leafy street in walking distance of two tube stations, restaurants and amenities. Always feels like a home away from home - it’s so relaxed and private. Only potential downside is the rumble from the trains underneath - so just a word of caution for any light sleepers. Personally, I like it - gives it some old world charm!"

"Beautiful, safe area! Just a few blocks to the Tube, several museums. Shopping and restaurants just steps away. This property is lovely, the bathrooms are large and modern. The bedroom area is on the small side, just beware if you're a couple or person who needs some space. My daughter and I found it cozy and comfortable. After staying at 2 other hotels in the UK without air conditioning, I was so happy the AC at this hotel was cold I finally had two good nights of rest. Very quiet and well...
