"北Walesに入る前泊として、60代夫婦が宿泊したホテルです。当日は列車が大幅に遅延したため、チェックインがその日のラスト一組だった私たちでしたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。 何よりも嬉しかったのは、ウェルカムドリンクとして、ワイン一本を無料でプレゼントしてくれたことです。 部屋には扇風機が設置されていて、快適に部屋内での時間を過ごせました。大型画面のテレビにて、サッカー・ワールドカップの試合も、迫力満点の映像で楽しめました。 チェスター駅からは少し離れているので、駅とホテルの往復にはタクシーの利用がおすすめです。(£5.5〜6.5くらいでした)"

"I liked the location right on the banks of the river also the free parking in a prime location. Didn't like the hit and miss breakfast, at our first breakfast everything was well overcooked almost inedible, but our second day breakfast was cooked to perfection ! go figure"

Booking in was straight forward enough but they wanted a payment card handed over so that they could make all the entries instead of putting a card through a card reader. "The location for accessing the city centre is excellent and the free parking a boon. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included - this should be made clearer when booking. Room was clean and tidy and bed linen fresh. Towels provided and staff did ask of we wanted the room cleaned, every second day. The bed was comfy and we all slept well. There is traffic noise but both windows had secondary glazing which dampened most of the noise. We kept the windows open to keep the room...

"Pros: lovely breakfast, nice aspect to the room and comfortable bed. Staff are delightful Cons: bathroom is a little tired - mildew and taps not fully working - but workable. "
