"The room wasn’t the cleanest. There wasn’t any trash bags in the trash cans. Poor service at check in. There’s no breakfast included but does have a restaurant downstairs with no prices and poor service."

"Disappointed that check-in was 4:00 pm but when arrived at 5:30 pm was told room wasn't ready and they would have to call when ready. Had just driven 8 hours and just wanted to put stuff in room and relax"
