"This hotel is in the perfect location for shopping or a show. It is near the docks and museums and only a 7 minute walk from Lime Street Station. This hotel appears to be brand new. The room and the public areas of the hotel were spotless and the staff members were polite and efficient. We weren’t able to avail ourselves of the complimentary evening pastries etc, nor did we get to enjoy the breakfast unfortunately. "It wasn’t where I thought it was. I thought it was the Docks. Just slightly out of the town centre. Liked it though. Good value and comfy bed. Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet "

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "

"A lot of noise made sleep tricky - the mini bar fridge was super loud, the announcements from the station next door, and TVs from other rooms. No climate control so keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was tricky. Staff on the check-in desk were checked out, not particularly welcoming. However, bed was really comfortable, it's nice to have a bath and there is a lot to do near by. I didn't have breakfast, so no idea if it's good."
