"Nice and clean!!"

"Rooms were clean, bed was unusually creaky, any slight movement and its making a bit of noise. Probably just our room though. Could also not figure out why the shower refused to dispense anything but hot water, and after a long day in the sun (NASCAR race at Coronado) hot water was the last thing I needed. Apart from that, room was great, hotel staff was very friendly, overall a great experience."

"Best advice I can give to others is find a different hotel. When I arrived to my room I checked the bathroom. It was disgusting. The toilet itself was dirty. It had hair on the toilet seat and behind the toilet. When I complained I wasn't offered a different room or to have the bathroom cleaned. I had to ask if they could clean the bathroom again. The staff of the front desk is not friendly at all. The man that checked me in seemed annoyed. I did interrupt the video he was watching. I went in...

"The first night had to call down the door did not have the security latch for extra safety, l couldn't change rooms because they were booked. That morning the guest on the first floor knocked on the door at 10am telling me my children was to loud, we were simply getting g ready to go out for the day. She kept hitting the ceiling with something hard, until l called the front desk to complain, because when l booked the reservation l put 2 toddlers and 2 adults , The following day they only left 2...

"Great location! Access to main roads to La Jolla, Coronado, and Balboa Park. Breakfast was sufficient for a grab-and-go. The room was clean. You need to request housekeeping and extra towels (the towels are small) but overall it is better than it may appear on the outside. Covered parking was nice."

"Horrible Manager, we booked for about a little over a week and stayed only one night. Pictures don't look like the place at all. Rust in the bathroom/shower. Hair left over from previous guest. People smoking Marijuana outside our room so it smelled in our room any time we opened the door. No parking at night. Would never stay here again. Renovations going on without being disclosed prior to booking, so no breakfast available. Just overall the worse experience. And no reimbursement. 2000 dollars...

"Pros: Close to our destinations (SeaWorld, beach), free breakfast, plenty of parking, full-sized twin rollaway bed for our third guest, mini fridge and microwave in our king bedroom. Cons: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash required 100+ pumps to produce even the most average amount of product for use. Extremely frustrating."
