"Overall the hotel was great. The staff are amazing and helpful. The breakfast is a buffet and has a variety of options. Pool is nice as well but too cold during this time. The rooms were clean tidy and decently spacious. Only issue is the wifi isn’t the greatest and at times slow."

"checkin was easy. room was clean. large group traveling together we utilized the dining room for a get together, which was great. if you use the sofa sleeper, request two extra blankets. they are thin a d have to weight to them. or, ask for a comforter like they have on the bed. room well appointed. "This hotel was dated, yet clean, friendly, and functional. My son and I needed somewhere to stay before our early flight out of Oakland and this place was perfect. We liked the quiet location by the marina and the fact that we could walk next door for dinner. We slept well and being close to the airport made our travel day far less stressful with a 6am departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. "

"In an attempt to make the hotel more popular, it seems the owners re-designed the exterior, the attached shops (Zephyr Walk) and the lobby to make it cool and modern, without maintaining the rooms at all. There is a surprise resort fee, which apparently can range from $30 a night to $45 a night - to cover “amenities”. I’ve stayed at, at least a half dozen other hotels that don’t charge $35 a night per room to light a couple fire pits. Just work it into the room price and stop surprising people....

"Room was not clean whatsoever, there were brown curly hairs high up on the restroom ceiling, the floor of and the bathtub was brown. I also found little bits of black stuff on my bed, maybe that was just from the washer machines though it was like black soft pieces of cotton. One rude staff and the rest were great. Bring water as they don’t offer free water bottles which is a bit weird, elevator is very sketchy and closes very fast so watch out. "
