"The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke."

"It was a very nice place to stay. Location was excellent for transport which was most of the reason I chose it. The room was good size for London and the shower was excellent. Do be aware that they put a sizable hold on your credit card (mine was £300 for 4 nights) against any money you might spend at the restaurant or damage caused to the room. I thought this was excessive and might not have booked had I been aware."

"Booked the room due to high reviews but had an average experience. The room was small but nicely designed and quiet despite facing the busy street. Breakfast was good and a free beer at the pub downstairs was appreciated. On the negatives the stairs/hallway smelled like fish and chips which fortunately didn’t impact the room and TV and WiFi spotty at best. Overall, a fine and convenient home base for exploring the area but won’t be a return trip for me."

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"Truly a b&b without the breakfast. The room was a typical European lodge room with the basic amenities needed. Bed was comfortable. Small bathroom, again very typical for old European buildings, so no major surprises. Very thankful there was a fan as it did get quite warm at times and in an old building it just holds the heat. I wish the staff would have at least come in and taken trash daily, staff was tough to catch at the reception area for us to ask questions of. The location was perfect for...

"Room is nicely furnished and clean, but for whatever reasons equipped with only 1 roll of toilet paper. You will be provided with more, but have to ask in the lobby for it, as there is no room cleaning/service provided during your stay."

The only major critique is that the elevator did not work and we were on the sixth floor. "Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Koffer konnten an An und Abreisetag deponiert werden. Das Frühstück ist nur „to Go“. Im Außenbereich stehen 3 Tische, an denen man bei schönem Wetter frühstücken kann. Sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber aber klein. Zum schlafen ausreichend. Der Stadtteil Hammersmith ist super um schnell überall hinzukommen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"Its good theres a bus nearby accessible to places.. walkable to areas to high street kensington if you like walking and near to west kensington stn about 8-10mins. Travelling with kids so transportation accessibility is important. Room good spacious for 5. Breakfast are okay. Good to have Tesco nearby. If a revisit to london, i will stay there again."

"A prison cell would be more spacious I would not recommend for anyone with a larger build only got for hobbits and dwarfs. No iron in room or fridge as there is no space in the room for these essentials only a large bed."
