"I will absolutely stay here again - the location was perfect (right near the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and 1/2 block from the metro), and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of ripe fruit (in January!). Our room was immaculate. Several very good restaurants were within two blocks. Be aware that you have to climb some stairs. "

Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us. "

"The room was spotless and a lovely size, the bed very comfortable, the shower amazing!!! I did not want these things to be overshadowed by the absolutely incredible location of this little Gem. Literally 8-10 walking steps from Piazza di Spagna. Alert is on the fourth floor, the elevator takes you there. The staff were outstanding and super friendly. We will definitely come back again."
