"The 2 bedroom 1077 sq. ft superior suite was huge, very clean, high ceilings and architecturally beautiful! The Spanish steps is very nice, restaurants and shops nearby. "While the room was spacious and clean, the lack of communication from the staff was difficult to deal with as there is no front desk/reception. During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. "First of all, the property is out of this world. Gorgeous, up to date with all equipment. The location was breathe taking, right in the Spanish Steps. Lets talk about the staff, Emanuele, Paolo, Katy and Franco (the owner), the BEST staff. My brother arrived sick to Rome and they jumped into gear to get him a doctor to his room, checked on him everyday. Asked us if we needed help packing.
