"The hotel was perfect except for the checking in. The room wasn’t ready despite giving them notice of our arrival. Our flight got in at 7:30 am and our room wasn’t ready until after 1pm. We had another night booked on our way back home… I was asked when we’d be back in Rome. I said noon. And agin our room wasn’t ready until after 1. That was the hardest part. Other than that our stay was perfect!"

During our 3 night day, we messaged the hotel through Expedia requesting a steamer however received no reply at all. On our final day and night at the hotel, we noticed that the electricity and water were not working. We received no communication from anyone. We left a message through Expedia, texted them, and tried calling several times to NO response....
