"First of all, the property is out of this world. Gorgeous, up to date with all equipment. The location was breathe taking, right in the Spanish Steps. Lets talk about the staff, Emanuele, Paolo, Katy and Franco (the owner), the BEST staff. My brother arrived sick to Rome and they jumped into gear to get him a doctor to his room, checked on him everyday. Asked us if we needed help packing. "Very unhappy stay. This is an Airbnb, not a hotel. All check-in procedures must be completed by yourself, and there are no on-site staff. There is a strong smell of disinfectant inside the unit. There is no daily housekeeping service or towel replacement—only one towel is provided. There is also no customer service or front desk support. If you don’t mind that any issues must be communicated to the host via text message and that responses may not be immediate, then this place could be an option...
