"This was our second time returning to the guesthouse. We love this place so much and Gerald is always so helpful and so kind. "Ok room and amenities. However, city tax was taken upon knocking on our door before checkout ...not ideal why not take at checkin? Room was clean and quiet. However, returned back at 1530 one day and the room was not serviced. No towels or replenishment of anything. Not great again. No toilet avaliable as asked to use before departing when collecting luggage. Not a hotel just a series of rooms on a floor of a building. Book if you like this lack of service and housekeeping...we didn't enjoy...

"The location was very convenient to many of the super busy tourist spots such as the Spanish steps, Via Del Corso and Trevi Fountain and the room had everything we needed but it was very bare and uninviting. The vibe of the room was like and old motel in the US. Only stayed for one night."
