Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever!
