"It wasn’t where I thought it was. I thought it was the Docks. Just slightly out of the town centre. Liked it though. Good value and comfy bed. Bathroom was very cramped mind, especially the toilet "

"Excellent location, staff were amazing, attentive, willing to go above and beyond in terms of service, the room was lovely and clean. I would highly recommend. My only criticisms are that the soap in the shower was clearly watered down. Also it would have been helpful to have been notified that there is a car park right next door to the hotel which is cheaper (even once the hotel discount is added) but much closer than the recommended Q-Park one and you don’t have to book it online. "This hotel was chosen because it is directly opposite the Philharmonic. It was perfect in every way. We have been to Liverpool many times and it is convenient for sightseeing and shopping. "

"The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend "

"The main issue we had with the property was the lack of sound proofing from the music at nearby venues, which stay open till 6am on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
