"Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful for our whole stay. The facilities were solid, and though the deposit was a surprise, it was quickly returned. Small concern with the area, but I had no further issues, but I enjoyed it."

"Room was fine. Clean. Excellent access to plug sockets for a change. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast really good. Despite my room being downgraded at short notice I would still recommend this hotel for their general service. Obviously dependent on the level of refund for the change in my booking. I’ll certainly update my review otherwise but I doubt I’ll need to on first impressions."

"I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly! "
