"The room/apartment was basically a bedsit in a HMO in an unsafe, dangerous area of the city. Immediately above a dodgy takeaway. Mouldy shower, kids stickers all over the furniture, outdated and not remotely like the pictures. The photos in the listing are not for this property which should be made explicitly clear. "Cheerful greeting on arrival. Easy check in. Room on first impressions was very nice - not huge but certainly had everything one needed. Housekeeping could have done a better job at replacing used items such as vanity kit and tissues, also they didn't remove dirty tea cups. Very comfy bed and nice shower and toiletries. "Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "
