"Hotel is in an incredible location right opposite Sefton Park with a clear view of the lake. Rooms are very clean with tasteful decor, Meghan and her team are absolutely fabulous, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. "The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. "
