"The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug. Also it's quite hard to be quiet for others as all the rooms are open! (Bar the bathroom). But didn't detract for us as...

"Booked room facing the dock. Large spacious room with great views and handily on the same floor as reception and breakfast area (2nd). Particularly good as husband walks slowly with a stick. Lift close by too. Breakfast the usual buffet and queue by the toast machine. As it’s an old building there is no air conditioning but windows did open and room supplied with a portable fan to keep cool through some of the hottest days they’ve had. "W had a lovely stay in this well located hotel. The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful. They are renovating the 1st floor, which was a bit noisy early one morning, but we spoke to reception and the ensured this did not happen the second night."
