"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception and breakfast ladies. Full English was exceptional. Evening meal was very good quality and reasonably priced. The spa was quality, and clean.
We shall definitely be returning in the new year *****"

"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "
