"i highly recommend this place. really nice staff, all you need provided. even a Family of five can afford a stay in London! Thank you so much!! Only the break-in security lock for the windows we're no use since you can just take the counter part off. Besides a lovely place!"

"Comfortable, quiet room with kitchen area. No noise from neighbours, spacious by London standards and a private bathroom (no glass/barn doors here!). Enjoyed the location, less hustle and bustle than other areas in London but still close to everything. Nice communal lounge and terrace area with free coffee and tea. Our only annoyance was no air conditioning, the room got very warm and the window only opened a tiny bit for safety reasons. We did have a fan though, so not unbearable. Would definitely stay here again."

"Both the room and staff are 5 star. Room was great size, shower room was spacious and bed v comfortable. Staff fun and friendly. Sadly I was not able to access the roof top pool or bar as it was closed for a private functions both nights I was there. I did get to use for breakfast on my last morning and it is bright and am sure great to use at night. The breakfast choice was average -v surprised not to have a juice option -just tea/coffee or water. Would highly recommend the hotel for location, room and staff- just wish all the amenities were avail to residents."

"The hotel was good and near to public transport links in to London. We stayed here while attending a festival in Victoria park and was around a 45 min walk down to canal or £11 in an uber. Lots of restaurants, bars and a cinema nearby at Canary Wharf which was around a 20min walk or you can jump on the DLR The hotel decor is definitely kitch, and lots of interesting objects to look at! We both enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a Mediterranean feel."

"Hotel was clean, check in was quick. It was nice to get some cookies during check in. Room size was as expected. We didn’t get the waterfront view so can’t comment on that. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Amenities in room was basic. We booked family room so sofa bed was there. Three bottled water was provided but it was not replenished for subsequent nights. While stay was fine the breakfast was average (standard British breakfast options) and it could have been better. Restaurant was overlooking waterway so was great but some more attention on cleanliness would be better. Staff were polite and friendly which was plus. The hotel has a bar and fitness centre. We didn’t use either so can’t comment on that but looked great. There is sufficient parking space (£15/night) and some charging stations if you drive EV (make sure you carry charging cables as station don’t have one and you to have to use your own). DLR station is 10 mins walk and buses accessible (5-7 mins walk). Very close to London City airport (you could see planes landing and taking off across the waterfront). Although outside is noisy due to planes landing and taking off, interestingly rooms are sound proof so you don’t hear those noises at all. Overall we were satisfied with it the stay just felt some services could be improved further to enhance the experience."

"Just very confused with the picture of the pool on the hotel booking listing it’s very very misleading to have a swimming pool as the main picture when 1 it’s not even on site and 2 it’s being charged to us for £30GBP. Breakfast was a good and had wide selection of everything the scrambled eggs weren’t very nice at all - I will say I had to ask for things like teaspoons maybe provide these on the tables or by the coffee machine? the bread was completely stale and not able to be cut and when I told a staff member I thought he was going to get me a fresh roll when in fact he just got rid of all the rolls on display and said thankyou to me? I was saying it because I expected the staff to replace the bread with fresh stock? Replace your toaster if only one side works. But I will say everyone was nice I just think staff in general are extremely relaxed. The room was lovely a very pleasant sleep and stay in a clean well decorated room. The hotel itself was extremely up to date and looks very aesthetic just maybe needs abit of fine tuning when it comes to breakfast and the listing itself in what’s expected."
