"Great stay. Thank you"

"Amazing quality modern rooms. Breakfast had a vast selection. Staff were nice."

"Clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the price. It's not too expensive. Lots of parking spaces. It is a comfortable and nice hotel."

"We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. "Lift broken but helpful staff to help with stairs"

"Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking."

"Very helpful friendly staff. Hotel very tired and basic. Bathroom heavily worn."

I booked this place as it’s not far from where I live and my best friend and new husband were coming from up North to visit myself and my very sick husband who has cancer among other health issues . This place was the scruffiest most awful place I’ve ever in my 66 years of life . This place is not manned re the hotel side of it so you need to check in at the bar where there was one young girl manning even tho there was a 40th all travellers birthday party and a...
