"Lovely period building sadly lacking the modern amenities. Rooms were comfortable but no mini fridge. The bar was very limited to choice and over priced for what they did offer. Service was sadly lacking too. Staff were pre-occupied with other tasks to even offer a glass for a bottle of alcohol free lager. When asked about the choice the the result was. Beer is beer….😳 Breakfast was good but again when request for gluten free was made this was not received in a timely manner. Most of the food itself was very nice and a large selection of breakfast foods are available. "

"We asked for a view of the bay and was to,d that there was a £30 per night surcharge. We have stayed here before but never ever were charged a surcharge. Last time mt friends, we have a lot of choice."

"Do not book this place, its a hostel for Stella drinking toothless inbred men amd woman off there nuts on crack and chuck in a few illegals, you get the picture. Photos are pinched of places like Travelodge and know way reflect this hovel. Adam who is dealing with my complaint has just forwarded a stock response of we're looking into it. "Dated, slightly rickety hotel. Room was fine although quite hot at night. Breakfast was good. Pool would be good although was cold on our visit. Games room was a bit scruffy although still good fun. Location is great for the beach and town centre. "

"Excellent short stay; arrived early not expecting room to be available. Offered complimentary coffee and tea while we waited which was a lovely touch. Room was good with spacious bathroom. Breakfast was varied with good choice and no long wait for service. Free parking anywhere these days is also a real bonus. Definitely recommend and will visit again when in area."

"It is what it is the hotel is huge and must cost a fortune to upkeep however it was very nice and the staff were lovely especially Amber on reception who went above and beyond to look after us .."
