"Good value for money in a nice location"

"Room was clean and a great size, but dated. Restaurant dinner was excellent, we had a seafood sharing platter and surf and turf sharer both a real treat. Nicely presented and cooked. Waitress (sorry I didn’t take name to mention, 7pm table of 4 Friday 10/4) was brilliant, really attentive and excellent with our kids (daughter 9 and son 13.) thank you! "We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! "We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."

"We will not be returning. Our impression of this place is that owners have massively deferred maitenance on the property over the last year, and seem to take no pride or care in the property. It no longer deserves the rating it has. The rooms are inhabitable but at the bare minimum level of clean— not a “4 star boutique” experience as they claim. "Room. It ready when we came. They told us to go to the exec lounge for an hour. Room still not available. Then in order to get a room we had to downgrade or upgrade for more money per night. Otherwise staff was nice. Restaurant cooks were terrible. Exec lounge was nice. "

"Property rooms were small but that was to be expected due to the location. This hotel was centrally located and you get easy access to the tube station. I would 100% stay here again. There were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable too. Only downside was very narrow hallways and very small elevator. "
