"The air-conditioning control panel was faulty, so the room was hot. The pillows were too high and hard, making it difficult to sleep. There was occasional construction noise next door. I had requested a quiet room, so this was disappointing. The only thing I liked was that the reception staff were very hospitable."

(Everton were playing on the Tuesday night, ALL the roads were closed and it was difficult to get back to the hotel after a day out at Albert Dock) "

"Spacious rooms with terrace, right on the canal , breakfast was lovely , we also had steak in the Evening was delicious,very easy access to the town , and if you wanted a taxi you just pressed the button and it was outside in 5 min"
