"This was truly the best place I stayed in a while. From the moment you ent r you feel seen and respected. Rooms nice with every thing you could possibly need from umbrellas to plug adapters. Hue greeted us every day with a smile. Offered to take our pictures. Came home every afternoon to a freshly cleaned apartment. As much coffee and water as you like. Just a wonderful experience. "

"Beautiful hotel in great, safe location around the corner from Tower Bridge. Only 10 minutes walk to London Bridge rail station and bus stop across the street for easy transport options. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and small grocery stores within a block or two. The room was a good size with spacious modern bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable and room was quiet. Amenities included a super mini mini fridge, bathrobes, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer and closet with a safe. Would definitely...

"Good location, bed very comfortable, decent size room and great shower.
The room was a good size but the room could do with a refurb.
We’ve stayed in one of the senior classrooms before and this is just a bigger version with the same amenities.
Several sockets don’t work and some areas are a bit shabby.
Service this time around was minimal.
We were told to go up in the lift to the 3rd floor but the lift only goes to floor 2.
We then had to wander a bit to find how to get to 3.
Shame also...

"Hotel is in a nice location and very quiet. However a few things need improvement in the room. Hotel is in UK. There is no UK plug in the bathroom even though they supply a UK plug hairdryer. So you have to use your hairdryer on one of the nightstands or desk and can’t plug anything else in the bathroom?? No washcloths ever so makes showering hard. Also nice heavy duvet on bed BUT it gets very hot. Would be nice to have a sheet or light blanket to use instead."

"Wir waren 6 Mädels in London und haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bestaunt. Das Hotel war wirklich super! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Betten groß und bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Ich werde meinen nächsten London Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel verbringen."
