It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. "Absolutely dismayed by the size or the room. Three of us were in the room and difficult to stand up together. Zero living space and very depressing overall. The room, despite being called a family room, because it had a queen size bed and a bunk bed, would only be suitable for 1 guest layover for a short time. The experience was depressing for our family"

"Stayed two nights 26/27 March. The de luxe double was an excellent room very comfortable bed had a really good night sleep. Bath in the bathroom a positive. Breakfast on first day a full english really well cooked next day on the Saturday had eggs royale really good."

"The only negative item to state was that the postcode via google did not bring us close to the property. I walked along the road for a few hundred metres, reading the various house signs before finding the property on a dark, unlit road. I just think some sort of indication should have been given as to the precise location. Apart from that, everything was 5 star."

"ヒーバー城とチャートウエルに行くためロンドンから来ました。駅から3分で直ぐにわかります。チェックイン、アウト、荷物回収時に受付の方が居なかったりほかの方対応で時間がかかりました。部屋は地方のせいか広く、最新の設備で気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は六時半からでしたが七時半頃向かい、十分な品がまだありましたが無くなったものの補充はなく帰る頃には温かい品（卵・ベーコン・ポテト・マッシュルームなと）はもう片付けられていました。各々とればイングリッシュブレックファストを食べられますし、果物やヨーグルト、パンの他にマフィンやクランペットもあり、イギリスではじめて食べる機会に恵まれました。焼いてバターとはちみつで凄く美味しかった。お水も自由にペットボトルへ入れられました。ここセブンオークスはロンドンから１時間弱、宿泊が高いロンドンより日帰りでなく地方泊をオススメします。宿泊の夜はロンドンのスーパー購入の物を持ち込みました。"

"The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly. The location was great, near lots of pubs and restaurants. The pub is good too, with friendly people. Not necessarily suited for young children on friday night as the area is loud until 0030, although it did quieten down once bars were shut. The shower water pressure in the evening seemed a lot lower than the morning."

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "
