"Staff that helps us checked in was so nice but I regret staying in this hotel. Our room smells so bad and the sheets looks used and just straighten up for others to use. It is really hard to sleep with the smell. We stayed here just to sleep. I hope they can fix it."

The woman working at the front desk (Delilah) texted me that I could not stay at the property because they couldn't fix the lock and there were no additional rooms. She said they would give me a full refund. They are now refusing to do so ..."
