"They took my credit card payment way in excess of what was posted, then an additional 490.00 unauthorized payment. Nite staff person she was very rude and abrupt. Room was cold and would not heat more without a plug in heater. Day staff she was awesome "

"Another fantastic stay!!! If you have pets, this is the hotel for you! They have a small fenced area for your animals! Our room was spotless (pet room), no odours or stains! The breakfast is adequate! Decent selection to start your day! Front staff are phenomenal! A huge shout out to Melody for the super easy check in! Overall, would recommend! We will be back!"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed for 2nts (3 Guests) and thought the overall experience was fantastic. Staff were very kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast staff were very polite and friendly. We did not have time to use the pool or the gym so unable to comment on that. Parking underground and surface parking available at no charge. Very central location and 10 mins to West Edmonton mall by car. "
