"Almost no water pressure in shower, couldn't even wash my hair properly. Barely passable breakfast (only the omelette was good, bread was basically inedible). Most staff is not friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive is the location close to the mosque, but far away from most other sites. "

"The location was convenient and the airport shuttle great. Restaurant was very good, great hours perfect and exactly what we needed after a long flight. Would have been excellent but the lights and air conditioning were hard to figure out. We had to call someone to help. Please put directions in the room. I would recount stay there again. "

"Very helpful and thoughtful staff. The outdoor space is very relaxing at night, the restaurant attached is very good (for local & Chinese cuisine with good prices). There are plenty of stores for shopping nearby. The genocide memorial, large market, and camp Kigali are very close. The area is quite safe although very busy in certain spots.
The room is big, bed is big, and shower is good (good pressure and good temperature)."

"DON’T STAY HERE!!!
Very unsafe neighbourhood. No complimentary transfers available as car was broken. Front security gate was broken. Location is not three minutes from the airport as it claims to be. No way this is a four star place.
Room door only has a glass door with a flimsy internal door lock. Man tried to enter our room. We arrived, had a look and left after 5 minutes to a safer environment. Please don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures and convenient options on the Expedia listing. I...

"Lage ist sehr gut. Zimmer mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. In manchen Bädern kann man sich nur seitlich auf die Toilette setzen. Licht könnte besser sein. "

"The airport shuttle was exceptional. It runs every 15 mins between the airport and the hotel. This was our second time staying here. The hotel is very clean and the service was excellent. "
