"the rooms with "good rate" are the ones close to the street; and it's very close to the street which has a speed limit of 70km/hr! the engine noise is huge even approaching midnight.
also the so called "free breakfast included" is a catch: it's turned out to be a very minimal "continental" breakfast: two pcs of sliced bread and a little bit fruit is all you'll get; and it must be served by the staff (so you can't take more )... "

"The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars."

"Everything was amazing — from the service to the food. Any questions we had were always handled by the amazing staff, who provided exceptional service every single night. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.
Estefany helped us almost every day and always made sure we were taken care of. Alexander, one of the waiters, served us during our romantic dinner and also at breakfast on a few occasions, and he was extremely attentive and friendly as well.

"The property was amazing beautiful well located and clean. The food was good but the staff attention was exceptional. Alejandro was our private concierge he went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing trip, I celebrated my bday and he truly went above and beyond. Would reccommend this experience to anyone also traveling with kids."
