"Wonderful stay at the Europa. I’ve stayed at the Europa before renovations. It’s much nicer now since updates to the rooms. Air conditioning is a big plus as my room was quite warm on my pre-renovation stay. Front desk and concierge service was excellent. Service at the bar could be better in my opinion. "Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."

"This hotel is nestled in a quiet area of Belfast but within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. We had a relaxing overnight stay with great food in The Greyhound bar. Staff very courteous & pleasant in all areas of hotel. Breakfast was excellent also with plenty to choose from as well as other items which can be ordered off the menu. We will definitely visit here again. "
