"Hotel is walking distance to main city atractions, restaurants plaza de armas. Staff very kind, keep in mind all buidings in historic center are 200years hotels will look alittle old but comfortable."

"The property was extremely nice and we especially enjoyed the Cocoa Tea and cookies served daily in the lobby. We also loved he beautiful courtyard and seating with easy entry into the bar and the restaurant. We had a lovely young lady named Analia who was so sweet, gracious and helpful! On our last day she saw me struggling to carry two cups of coffee to the courtyard and immediately ran to my rescue! She said, “Mr. Carl, let me help you” and took the cups and walked them gracefully to our...

"We had a wonderful stay and a lovely upgraded room. The three negatives for the room were the inadequate number of sockets, the lighting was poor and the Aircon was extremely poor. The hotel was in a good area for walking around the old city."

"Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning."

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel proche du centre historique. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux et frais. Un excellent endroit pour séjourner à Cusco."

"100% recommend"

"This was an incredible stay. The San Blas neighborhood is so charming and the hotel is tucked away like an oasis. The property itself is beautiful, everyone working at the hotel was wonderful, the restaurant was excellent. Truly couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"clean modern spacious room, great location to transportation, shopping, restaurants. friendly staff"

"Charming and well located property within walking distance to almost everything a visitor would need. Our Junior Suite was a comfortable size for a lengthy stay in Cusco. Staff were helpful with booking private transport, accomodating early tour departures, and storing our luggage when needed. Breakfasts were tasty and varied, thought could have been served hotter. Drinking water, and hot water with tea options were made available daily, but ran out often. The onsite restaurant was rarely open...
