"Hotel Staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean, the only problem in our room was the bath was very slippery and unsafe for our age group so we hardly made use of it. The breakfast was very very good with good choices."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Ideal location for shopping, eating and arranging trips around the island. The buffet breakfast was substantial with lots of choice. Welcoming and courteous staff. Would stay there again"

"Every aspect was great. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, and so were the bar meals. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is great as there is a stop very close to the front door for the bus that covers the modest distance to the town centre every 20 minutes. We would not hesitate to stay again."

"The apartment was in a great location. It was spotlessly clean & well stocked. The welcome pack was a very nice touch as was the scones & croissants that were available every morning on a first come, first served basis. Reception staff were friendly & extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend & if we come to Jersey again would stay here."

"The room and the hotel were exceedingly clean and met our needs in every way. The staff were exceptional caring for all our needs, polite, helpful and always available. The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality.
The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!"

"I cannot fault anything with the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Special mention to Hope at reception who was excellent helping me when I needed help to re-print my boarding pass.
The garden area was beautiful, plenty of seating and areas for children to play games, pool areas were very clean.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
The only thing that could be improved, there was only entertainment on Friday night (we only stayed Thursday to Sunday)."
