However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Great location - 10 min walk from central St Helier however just far away enough from the town centre to avoid all the noise. The staff were excellent, couldn't fault the breakfast, relaxing pool area which is illuminated at night, very comfortable bar with live music and a large free car park. The only criticism is that the rooms could do with updating. Saying that, however, the rooms were well equipped and everything worked."
