"I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me. "

"O quarto que fiquei era espaço e confortável, contudo não gostei do layout do banheiro. O banheiro não era pequeno, porem a porta do banheiro ao ser aberta ficava em frente box, dai atravalha o toalha do piso. As refeições eram gostosas e fartas. Não consegui usar a esteira da academia, durante a minha estadia choveu, e as esteiras ficam proximas a entrada da sala, e entra agua na sala e as tomadas das esteiras são no chão. "Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again. "

"Great option in Natal. Rooms a bit on the small side with some wear and tear, but comfortable. Recommend rooms with a terrace. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Lovely pool area. Placed at a quiet stretch of Porta Negra in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. "
