"Good food, friendly staff, great connection to nature.
Any haters on hear saying otherwise have unreasonable standards or an axe to grind for some reason.
Waterpark was fun for the kids, evening shows were good. Definitely reccomend the cutural fire ceremony. We booked theough expedia so used the concierge service to book a la cart meals, which we heard fill up fast if using the resorts "app" (actually a web portal)
I would visit again but probably for l9nger than our 1 week stay."

"It started with a very enthusiastic greeting from Elias who went out of his way for the 9 days we stayed to take care of all us (3 couples) and ensure a seamless experience. The staff at the El Beso swim up bar were also amazing! The rooms were spotless and well maintained. The food in the buffet was varied and there was plenty of it at all times. The specialty restaurants were all delicious and menus were well planned and executed. We chose to enjoy the Valentines Day beach front evening dining...

"Very clean, well laid out resort. The staff are very friendly. Rooms are very clean, a little dated but I really don’t care about that as long as they are clean and functional which they were. Beds were super comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Stayed at Beach Uxmal it was a great location.
