"The welcome was very friendly as was the Service. The room was sizeable with plenty of space and some nice unique decor. There were a couple of areas that need a little maintenance and just a dab of paint to tidy up here and there. Location was ideal for us although it is located next to a fairly busy road if road traffic is something that annoys you. Overall, for us, it was a pleasant stay for what we were looking for."

Could do with a mirror also in the bedroom as once you have had a shower the one in the bathroom takes a while for the steam to go. Also if your partner is in there you can't get ready to you can use the bathroom mirror. 5-10 mins from nirvana spa "

"Our go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and...

"Very pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Was upgraded on arrival to a twin bed room which was easier access for me as I was unfortunately on crutches. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. "
