"It was an OK place to stay, room was clean and as you would expect. Here is my problem…I stayed one night after driving over 500 miles and I was beat. The last hour of the drive all I was thinking about was getting in the hot tub at the hotel. When I got there it was full of adults who were ALL either smoking weed or drinking alcohol. There was loud house music playing from a boombox one of them had brought down. This is all within eyeshot of the front desk and they did nothing. Wont...

"It was a decent stay, room was a bit dirty on the carpets and wasn’t the freshest smelling. But it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed my two night stay. Parking gets really bad here at night, I dislike that there was a parking fee. I paid for a room and I’m your guest , why do I need to pay a parking fee. I feel that should be included with your stay here The hotel is easily accessible if you’re traveling to Oakland or SF. It’s about 20/30 away 3/5 stay !"

"Not sure if it was the roaches, ants, or the poor communication. For the price I would have assumed my stay would have been better. Property is dirty. Some staff are helpful others do not care. I’ve never stayed at a best western until recently. Book the hotel at the cheaper place it’s the same quality unfortunately."

"So the bathroom is all little dated but the surrounding area is great and the place is quiet. There was a giant 65 in tv in the room so if you like to watch tv this is the hotel for you."

"Room 107, had an adult toy hidden in the toilet where the water fills up. Its kinda embarrassing cause my mom was the one who found it, cause the water wasn't working."

"Check in office was spotless. Smelled good staff at desk. Very kind. Very nice… Parking lot immaculate not a piece of anything laying around in the parking lot spotlessly clean rooms very clean very clean. Very spotless… One thing I will say is a lot of the plugs did not work. They need to check the plugs and get them working better"
