"The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. "Beautiful hotel & beach club. We stayed at breathless a couple nights before which we also loved, but Hyatt Vivid is less of a party scene and a little fancier appearing. Recommend joining advantage club for rooftop pool access, top shelf liquor and private lounge/concierge + added discounts. We had a great stay the staff was very nice and accommodating to food restrictions/allergies. "

"Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return.
Starting with check in — we had diamond club and it was smooth, easy and seamless. This was the same for check out.
We arrived on a Saturday and met our butler (Daniel and Steff). Our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait (we packed bathing suits in our carry on).
