Despite having prepaid for my stay, I was demanded to provide a cash deposit only. When I offered my credit cards (five different ones), the payment terminal consistently displayed “void” before the card was even inserted, making it clear that they only wanted cash. "Basic appartment Aircon was very smelly and led to sore throat and nose Noisey at night even on 15th floor Checkin process extremely laborious Need an app to open the room door everytime "

"We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

"Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. "

"Atlantis is the perfect example of Utopia. The hotel staff are excellent at all times. Very family friendly. Daily access to the water park was an added bonus. "

"This place is way above 5 stars! The staff, from the moment you step out of the car, until the moment you lay in your bed, was above and beyond. The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. We had a ceiling to floor glass sliding door with an ocean view. Either side of the resort offered amazing views. Next time I'll choose the palm view to watch the water show below. The dining was also phenomenal. The breakfast buffet offered so many choices. Don't even get me started about the dinner selections. Over the top! To top it all off, there is an awesome water park between the two resorts. You have access to both resorts for shopping and dining. The only down side was that you will need a taxi to take you down town and to do your site seeing. Also be prepared for the pricey deposit. Worth every penny!"
