"Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"

"Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "

The place came fully equipped with cookers, washers, and even all the cooking facilities you could possibly need, making it feel just like home from the moment I arrived. What really made the stay special were the owners – they were out of this world! So easy to get on with, friendly, and always ready for a chat. Their hospitality was top-notch and genuinely made the experience unforgettable.
