Khách sạn East Harptree

"Overall very good"

"Terrific staff, very kind and friendly. Free breakfast was good, restaurant was great for dinner. Big room with big bathroom, nicely updated."

"Lovely staff who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Lovely location and very peaceful, food was very decent."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned as a base for the caves and mill. The rooms are clean and the staff helpful. Catering is a little quirky as the restaurant can't accommodate large numbers wanting to eat at the same time. We had an issue with a booking for dinner which they then could not honour, so we had to call in a pizza when already late, and then our pre-booked breakfast could not be accommodated without negotiation upon which we were given half an hour for a family of 4. "Lovely hotel staff were brilliant.food was excellent.only problem it was very noisy in the mornings."

"My husband and I had a great stay at the Crossways. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the room was spacious and food was delicious!"

"Bed very uncomfortable and pillows."

"A lovely stop over with our dog. Room was fine and bed comfy. Ensuite bathroom was also fine and clean. Food in the pub was good and fresh especially the breakfast. Dog given a sausage which he was very greatful for. A perfect stop over in a peaceful location"

"Exceptional staff and beautiful surroundings- a very comfortable place to stay . The doggies were made to feel very welcome too ."

"very dated ,seen better days , carpets thread bare in places and were smelly, food was average, would not stay there again"

"We really enjoyed our night at The Old Manor house. Parking is excellent, and the facilities were perfect. We took advantage of the communal lounge and played some games with hot chocolate. Had a lovely meal at The Lamb in Uxbridge. Breakfast was excellent."

"David is a saint! It was like staying with family if family isn't overbearing or meddlesome. And it's a super comfy bed. The location is about 10-15 minute walk into town center or the entrance to the Chalice Well or footpath up the Tor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Room was clean.. Staff were nice & helpful.. breakfast eas nice... it is looking a very tired looking hotel... probably in need of a refresh All in all... a good stay"

"Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance so the extra amenities were not available."

"This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. There was waitress service and the dining lounge was pleasant. My only reservation is that there is no emergency phone number at night should guests need to contact staff but overall I would be happy to use this hotel again."

"The staff were extremely helpful on arrival and during our stay. The room was big , tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. All meals were well presented. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will return."
