"What a great place to stay. We stayed for two nights as my son had eye surgery at a local hospital. The family room was perfect and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond especially when we brought my son back after surgery. They brought extra pillows and blankets for him and let us bring breakfast up to our room in the morning as any sort of daylight was extremely painful for my son’s eyes. "Excellent large well equipped room with large double bed - linen and room and bathroom were spotless. Ideal venue to take 'time out' after hectic Christmas and before flying out for a holiday. Reception, Spa and Housekeeping staff were efficient courtesy and friendly. Excellent stay excellent value for money."

"Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...
