"This hotel is tired even though we got the impression it’s tried to be spruced up. Room was cold, hot water scarce and breakfast was bang average. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d paid half of what I did but no way this hotel is worth the money they charge. "

"Nice quiet location a short walking distance from the high street. The room was warm and the bed super comfortable. Small size toilet but clean. The property doesn’t have parking on site, as wrongly advertised, but they were super kind sharing nearby options ahead of my stay. Staff were friendly too!"

"Not only is the property perfectly located next to the River Ness and Ness Walk into Inverness but the staff are over the top amazing from the moment you walk until you depart. Mark the concierge was incredible upon arrival. The bar staff were extremely knowledgeable about wines and whisky. We had a perfect stay. "

"Got to love it when a place outdoes its photos online, this is one of them. My room felt like a little suite and was just a regular double. Beautiful tub that I of course did not use. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and pleasant lovely staff."

"The room smelled like cigarettes, but I was too tired to complain, after long hours of driving and just stayed in the room they gave me. Danielle (reception) was great, professional and very helpful."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily. The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful."

"Location is great. While apt looks fairly recently renovated, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom fan was broken; the mold and cigarette smoke smell was strong. The bedroom floor was covered with hair. There was no soap in any of three dispensers. Only one kitchen chair. While maintenance was responsive, they could not replace the fan during our stay. The manager did not respond to my text or email. "

"Only downside was the room above mine had the loud squeaky floor which woke me up and kept me up until the person above went to bed. Everything else was good. "

"This lodging is a converted apartment(s) made into individual hotel rooms. There is a shared kitchen with full size refrigerator and freezer and couches and a dining space. I brought a silicone ice tray that I was able to put in the freezer so I had Icewater in my water bottles. The room was nice and the bathroom new and modern. The carpeting was a plush type residential carpet that was very soft. The location is great, right in the middle of city center. Everyplace I needed to go to was within...

"This Historic Hotel would have gotten a perfect review from me for its location and historical connection. However if you have a room on the backside as I did you will have a sleepless night as the surrounding pubs dump bins of bottles loudly into the trash as well as slam doors well into the wee hours of the morning with no care as to who they bother."
