"Hotel was not on brand for a Hyatt. It’s very dated and old. Carpets are nasty. Staff is wonderful. They say free shuttle but it often has limited seating, thought they called a Lyft for us. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve seen holiday inns in better condition. Management need to renovate this property to stay on brand."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was incredibly relaxing. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The sausage looked undercooked, so we weren’t able to enjoy it. We hope this can be improved, as everything else about the stay was wonderful."

"The property was well maintained. It featured a restaurant and a pool, but we only stayed there for one night while traveling back from Palm Springs, and it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was the high parking fees, so we decided to return the rental car and use the property's complimentary 24/7 shuttle to the airport to save on parking costs. They offer a great, round-the-clock shuttle service to the airport, which made our trip much easier."

"I had reserved a room for our stay at this place. By the time we arrived at the hotel it was 1.30 am. After making us wait in the lobby for 20 minutes we were told by the staff that the hotel was overbooked and asked us to walk over to Marriott across the street. I am grateful that the staff was able to put us in another hotel but they could have informed me upfront so we didn’t have to walk at 1.30 am when all we wanted was to get some sleep. "I had no idea everyone in California was so friendly. Alfredo at the bar remembered me every time I came back. Very clean. Lots of space. The rooftop is an amazing place to catch planes arriving on 24R and leaving on 24L."

"A microwave in the room would’ve been nice. Parking was horrible! Not enough parking spaces. We had to drive around for minutes at a time to get a spot and that’s only if someone was leaving. Security was helpful with getting us a parking spot after there was none found."

"The Hilton Garden Inn was very nice..room was clean, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom…onsite restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast, food was very good...the only issue was the shuttle bus ..took a long time to get picked up from the airport when we arrived and then again waiting past the time we booked to get picked up to go back to the airport..that would be our only complaint.."
