"The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble, we requested a quieter room due to it being a Saturday night and was put on the 2nd floor. The restaurant food was lovely, this is such a lovely place to stay in Shrewsbury very central would definitely stay here again in the summer "

"Location / location etc. Very clean and as always very well furnished room . Would have preferred Tatton , but it's always booked . Staff excellent , shame the 'Pheasant Golden Ale' is no longer available . Even in wet grey weather , it's a great place to stay ."

"A perfect stay and will definitely be back. Easy check in, the rooms, 1 and 2, were fantastic and great for the dogs. The facilities in the room were everything we needed. The bar and restaurant were really well set out and the decor created a nice homely feel, very relaxing. The food was perfect, good portion sized, nicely presented and really good quality. "Fabulous four-poster room and excellent value. Bed was really comfy. Very weedy hairdryer and minimal toiletries, so bring your own. Incredible shower in which to use the minimal toiletries though! The man who showed me to the room was lovely. Would very happily stay again. "
